Passion Hospitality LLC works with local Chambers of Commerce to bring Hospitality training to the community by utilizing Lunch ‘n Learns as a way to deliver this training. We also have worked with numerous Chambers through their Business Development Workshops to deliver a more in-depth training for the businesses.
Q — Why Hospitality Training?
- People are “craving” connections. Today, more than ever people want to connect with others and statistics show that 47% of people express a desire to build local community connections.
- The majority of people (92%) do not expect Hospitality from a business today; they only expect the minimum in Customer Service.
This makes Hospitality the MOST effective way to grow a business!
This also gives businesses in smaller communities an advantage over businesses in larger communities.
Q — So, what will they learn from Hospitality Training?
- The difference between Customer Service and Hospitality
- The 4 Core Needs to provide Hospitality
- The things that are critical to creating Customer Loyalty
- The most effective way to respond to Google (and other) reviews
- And much more
Q — How does Passion Hospitality work with individual Chambers of Commerce to provide Hospitality
Training?
- We work closely with the Chamber to determine if a Lunch ‘n Learn or a Business Development Workshop is the best way to present the training.
- We understand that the local Chamber understands their community, thus we ask the Chamber to decide the best day of the week, and time of day to provide the training.
- We also allow the Chamber to set the price for attending the training and we ask that the proceeds from the event be divided 50/50 between the Chamber and Passion Hospitality. Example: If the price to attend is $99.00 for members and $129.00 for non-members the Chamber would keep ½ of that price and Passion Hospitality will receive ½ of the price.
- We work closely with the Chamber in the promotion of the event. Example of past promotional efforts include, but are not limited to these: Speaking at the local Rotary Club, Facebook live event, having a Zoom meeting with local people that are considering attending the event, providing a video for the Chamber for promotion. We are happy to provide the Chamber other types of promotional events and/or materials.
Q — What is the over all goal(s) of providing this training?
