Chamber Guide

Passion Hospitality LLC works with local Chambers of Commerce to bring Hospitality training to the community businesses and organizations. Many people believe falsely that Hospitality training is designed for Hotels and Restaurants. At Passion Hospitality LLC, we believe any business or organization that involves itself with people can improve by offering Hospitality!

Q — Why Hospitality Training?

  1. People are “craving” connections. Today, more than ever people want to connect with others and statistics show that 47% of people express a desire to build local community connections.
  2. The majority of people (92%) do not expect Hospitality from a business today; they only expect the minimum in Customer Service.
  3. Hospitality Training is about moving beyond customer service and actually connecting with their guests.

This makes Hospitality the MOST effective way to grow a business!

Q — So, what will they learn from Hospitality Training?

  • The 4 Core Needs to provide Hospitality
  • The things that are critical to creating Customer Loyalty
  • The most effective way to respond to online reviews, even if they are a 1 star review.

Q — How does Passion Hospitality work with individual Chambers of Commerce to provide Hospitality Training?

  1. We work closely with the Chamber through a Business Development Workshop to present the training. It is scheduled for 2 hours and we will give participants the option to continue after the workshop in order to ask questions and gain a better understanding of how to initiate this training in their business or organization.
  2. We understand that the local Chamber understands their community, thus we ask the Chamber to decide the best day of the week and the time of day to schedule the training.
  3. We also allow the Chamber to set the price for attending the training and we ask that the proceeds from the event be divided 50/50 between the Chamber and Passion Hospitality. Utilizing the following pricing structure:
    1. — $99.00 per Member/$89.00 if two or more from the same organization attend.
    2. — $79.00 per Member/$69.00 if two or more from the same organization attend.
    3. — $59.00 per Member/$49.00 if two or more from the same organization attend.
  4. We work closely with the Chamber in the promotion of the event.
