This is accomplished through interviews with managers and employees of your organization as well as a comprehensive study of your Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews as well as any other site where you have reviews.

3. Delivery
Passion Hospitality LLC will deliver your training in the format that best suits your needs from the following options:
- A. In person training for all managers and/or employees
- B. Zoom training sessions for all managers and/or employees
4. Follow-up
Passion Hospitality LLC believes that to make training work, there is a need for follow-up. We provide follow-up once our training has been completed by providing monthly phone and/or Zoom calls for up to 2 years after the initial training.
